Why a Patient Observatory
The word Observatory evokes analysis, monitoring and an overall perspective. The word Patient brings attention back to the identity of each person, the protagonist of their own patient journey.
Observing means gathering data, insights, expectations and experiences. Talking about the Patient means recognising the value of every voice.
The Observatory was created to address the complexity of the patient world through a systemic approach: not isolated individuals, but part of a broader community — patients, caregivers, professionals, researchers and institutions.
